About Jonathan
Prior to becoming a fully registered psychologist in 2013, Jonathan worked for many years as a chiropractor. He graduated as a chiropractor in 1988 following a five-year course of study at RMIT University, and has practiced in numerous settings in Victoria and New South Wales since that time.
Whilst continuing in his chiropractic career, Jonathan began studying psychology, graduating with first class honours in 2009. Since that time, Jonathan has worked in community settings, government organisations, and private psychology practice, gaining extensive experience with an exceptionally diverse client base.

Jonathan has lived and worked the majority of his life on the Mornington Peninsula, however he has recently relocated to the Sunshine Coast in Queensland after completing a wonderful 14-month caravanning adventure around Australia. He is married with four children and two stepchildren, all of whom are now young adults. His interests include family life, bushwalking, mountain biking, four-wheel-driving, caravanning, music, personal development, and involvement in his church. In addition to the knowledge acquired via an extensive academic history, Jonathan has had to navigate his way through a number of real-world challenges similar to those faced by many of his clients. This has helped Jonathan develop a level of insight, compassion, and empathy that is difficult to achieve through textbooks alone.
