Telehealth sessions will be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from April 2024. To request a video counselling session, simply call my answering service on (03) 9188 4265 and an appointment will be made for you. You will receive an email with details about your appointment, and a link to the video call. You don't need any special software - simply click on the link in your reminder email shortly before your appointment time, and your video session will open up in your web browser.

Sessions seem to work better with a headset compared to using external speakers and microphones, as privacy is more easily maintained, and audio feedback/echoes are minimised. It's also helpful to test your audio and video setting beforehand if possible. If not, please don't stress - we can sort things out at the start of your session.

Sessions are be paid for at the end of the session via credit or debit card, and a receipt for Medicare or private health fund claims will be forwarded on the day of your appointment.
