Video counselling sessions are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm. To request an appointment, simply call our reception team on (07) 5211 0825 and an appointment will be made for you. You will receive a link to the video call via email on the day of your appointment. You don't need any special software - simply click on the link in your email shortly before your appointment time, and your video session will open up in your web browser. Please be assured that Jonathan works from a completely private office to ensure that your privacy and confidentiality are fully respected. In addition, to support the security of your personal information, we use the Health Direct telehealth platform, which is encrypted end-to-end and peer-to-peer, meaning that the communication is direct, without any third party mediator.

Though not essential, sessions seem to work a bit better with a headset compared to using external speakers and microphones, as privacy is more easily maintained, and audio feedback/echoes are minimised. It's also helpful to test your audio and video setting beforehand if possible. If not, please don't stress - we can sort things out at the start of your session.
